Under her vision and direction as Artistic Director, the Phoenix Orchestra will present a groundbreaking symphonic concert, Berlin. Butterfly. Brazil – “Symphony of Silk and Soul”, guiding audiences on a transcendent journey through sound and culture. This concert weaves together the grandeur of Berlin’s most iconic classical traditions, the lyrical romance of China’s beloved “Butterfly Lovers” violin concerto , and the fiery passion of Brazilian tango. Berlin: Masterpieces by Meyerbeer, Wagner, and Brahms. China: The timeless romance of “Butterfly Lovers” violin concerto. South America: Astor Piazzolla’s electrifying Latin tangos.
